About our privacy policy 

Stichting Texperium only processes data that they need for (improving) its services and it handles the information they have collected about you and your use of its services with care. Texperium never makes your data available to third parties for commercial purposes. 

This privacy policy applies to the use of the website and the services provided by the Texperium foundation. Texperium is located at Elektrostraat 5A, 7483 PG, Haaksbergen and is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this privacy statement.  

This privacy policy describes what information about you is collected, what this information is used for and with whom and under what conditions this information may be shared with third parties. It also explains how Texperium stores data and how it protects data against misuse and what rights you have with regard to the personal data you provide to us. 

The Texperium Foundation is aware that you have confidence in her. She therefore sees it as her responsibility to protect your privacy. On this page Texperium will let you know what data it collects when you use the website and why this data is collected.

General purpose of the processing

Texperium uses your data exclusively for the purpose of (improving) the service. This means that the purpose of the processing is always directly related to the order you provide. Texperium processes your personal data such as; names, address details, email and bank account number, because you use its services and / or because you provide this information to us yourself. Texperium uses your personal data for the following purposes: sending purchased products, handling your payment (s), sending its newsletter and any promotions and discount codes, being able to call or e-mail you if necessary to provide its services. to be able to perform, to inform you about changes to its services and products and to deliver goods and services to you. Texperium also processes personal data if they are legally obliged to do so, such as information they need for the tax return. 

Automatically collected date

Data that is automatically collected by the website is processed with the aim of further improving Texperium's services. The data that they can collect for this purpose is, for example, your IP address, web browser and operating system. 

Retention periods 

Texperium stores your data for a retention period of a maximum of 7 years. On the basis of applicable administrative obligations, they must keep invoices with your (personal) data, they will keep this data for as long as the applicable term runs. They keep other personal data for as long as they are necessary to help you with maximum  2 years. However, employees no longer have access to your personal data and documents produced as a result of your assignment. 


Sharing of data

Texperium shares your personal data with various third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement and to comply with any legal obligation. Where possible, Texperium concludes a processing agreement with companies that process your data on its behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Texperium remains responsible for these processing operations. In addition, Texperium provides your personal data to other third parties, namely; 

Myhosting & WordPress Texperium purchases web hosting and e-mail services from My hosting and WordPress. My Hosting does not process personal data, but WordPress processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. WordPress has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent loss and unauthorized use of your personal data.  

WooCommerce Our webshop has been developed with software from WooCommerce. Personal data that you make available to Texperium for the provision of services will be shared with this party. WordPress has access to your data to provide (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. 

• Mollie Texperium uses the Mollie platform to process (part of) the payments in the webshop. Mollie processes your name, address and residence details and your payment details such as your bank account or credit card number. Mollie has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Mollie reserves the right to use your data to further improve the service and to share (anonymised) data with third parties. All the above mentioned safeguards with regard to the protection of your personal data also apply to the parts of Mollie's services for which they engage third parties. Mollie does not store your data for longer than permitted by the legal terms. 

Cookies Texperium uses functional, analytical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you first visit this website. Texperium uses cookies with a purely technical functionality. These ensure that the website works properly and that, for example, your preferred settings are remembered. These cookies are also used to make the website work properly and to be able to optimize it. In addition, we place cookies that keep track of your surfing behavior so that tailor-made content and advertisements are offered. On your first visit to the website you will be informed about these cookies and we have asked for your permission to place them. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer stores cookies. 

PostNL If you place an order  it is up to Texperium to have your package delivered to you. It uses the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that your name, address and residence details are shared with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties. 

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw any consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Texperium. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to  

Right of inspection and right of rectification 

On the basis of the applicable Dutch legislation, you always have the right to inspect the data that Texperium processes or has processed that relate to your person or that can be traced back to you. You can submit a request to that effect to for privacy matters. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, Texperium will send you a copy of all data with an overview of the processors who have this data, stating the category under which this data is stored to the e-mail address known to it. 

Right of objection and other rights

In some cases you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by or on behalf of Texperium. If you object, Texperium will immediately cease the data processing pending the settlement of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, Texperium will make copies and / or copies of data that they process or have processed available to you and then permanently cease processing. You also have the right not to be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling. Texperium does not process your data in such a way that this right applies.
